Employment Event a Great Success

Our 6th Annual Employment event, held on June 25th at the Historic Triangle Messmer Community Services Center was a great success. Over 200 older workers attended the event and were provided the opportunity to meet and talk to local employers looking to hire workers 45 and over.

Typical job openings included, but were not limited to: Teachers, Licensed Counselors, Health Care Professionals, Drivers, Food Services, Technical and Administrative Positions.

Workers came prepared with copies of their resumes and suitable attire to meet and greet over 15 local employers.

This event was a free offering and open to older workers interested in finding a job!
