Caring For Caregivers

Peninsula Agency on Aging provides Caregivers information regarding community resources available to assist them in the role of caregivers. Our Care Coordination team can provide resources that include support groups, educational training, and programs in the communities we serve.

Respite services are available to caregivers of eligible adults, age 60 and older, through Adult Day Care and Personal Care.

Memory Café

The Memory Café is a social gathering for those personally dealing with memory loss and those who help care for them. The cafe offers its guests the chance for unstructured conversation, refreshments, and some enjoyable activities that change from month to month. RSVP is not required and there is no cost to attend.
