Endowment Foundation – Peninsula Agency on Aging

The Peninsula Agency on Aging Endowment Foundation was established in 2002 by a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Peninsula Agency on Aging, Inc. (PAA).  Separately incorporated, the Endowment Foundation is an independent 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to funding programs that support the dignity and independence of the elderly.

The purpose of the Peninsula Agency on Aging Endowment Foundation, Inc. is to support the Peninsula Agency on Aging, Inc. in providing better services to senior citizens and their families by attracting diverse funding sources and making such charitable grants and gifts as appropriate. The corporation is a supporting organization as defined in 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Endowment Board is appointed by the Board of the Directors of the Peninsula Agency on Aging, Inc. and meets quarterly in August, November, February and May.
