Who
is eligible for MEDTRAN?
Requirements for MEDTRAN participation:
o
Age 60 or over
o
Have no other means of transportation
o
No Medicaid transportation coverage
o
No access to public transportation or Handi-Ride
o
Unable to afford private transportation
o
Provided pertinent client and appointment
information to the PAA Transportation Intake Clerk
o
Provide at least seven (7) days notice prior to a
non-emergency medical appointment.
