The purpose of the Peninsula Agency on Aging Endowment Foundation, Inc. is to support the
the Peninsula Agency on Aging, Inc. in providing better services to senior citizens and their
families by attracting divers funding sources and making such charitable grants and gifts
as appropriate. The corporation is a supporting organization as define in 509(c)(3) of the
Internal Rvenue Code.

The Endowment Board is appointed by the Board of the Directors of the Peninsula Agency
on Aging, Inc. and meets quarterly in August, November, February and May.
