          To ensure that Peninsula Agency on Aging is providing the best possible services for the elderly and caregivers in our service area, we develop a comprehensive Area Plan every four years.  Updated annually, the plan describes our organization’s governance, management, and service delivery areas.  It presents issues at hand, as well as recommended solutions.  Additionally, the Area Plan addresses advocacy activities pursuant to one or more of the national purposes of the Older Americans Act.  The Area Plan is then incorporated into the Virginia state plan for aging services.
